You guys did an install for me last August. When I was going to open my louvers yesterday I noticed they were not moving very well. After investigating I found that on the opening mechanism the gold pin had popped out of the housing at the end of the piston.
I was able to get it back in with some work but it is not very secure and looks like it will pop out again.
I should have taken a picture before but I was just trying to get it back in so I could open the louvers without more damage.
As you can see there is a lot of rubbing that occurred and, I think, the metal pieces are bent. Is this something you guys can fix under warranty? I was able to tighten down the nuts on all the screws, a couple of them were loose, which is why perhaps it popped out?
