You guy did some work for me installing Pergolux, Heater, LED Lighting and Screens last fall. Because Pergolux messed up and sent me the wrong length LED's you guys couldn't finish the job, which is not your fault. Clearly it is on Pergolux.
I went ahead and installed the LEDs when I received the correct Length light strips. But when i went to finish the job the LED lights starting blinking and the heater stopped working and the only way to trouble shoot it is to get into the beam where the matter tech box is and I have not done it yet because it is such a hassle.
So I have gone this long without using the LED or the heater as a result.
Wanted to get a quote on what it would cost to see if the matter box can be reset and still works and troubleshoot the lighting and heater issue.
