  • Timeline: While we provide an estimated project timeline based on our current schedule, factors such as distance you your home, technician availability, weather delays, travel routes, or unforeseen site conditions may affect the installation date. We will keep you updated on any changes throughout the process.
  • Site Preparation: To help ensure your installation goes smoothly, please follow this checklist and send a photo of your patio as soon as possible if you have not already done so:
    • Clear the installation area of furniture, plants, or any obstructions.
    • Have your product delivered within 75 ft of the installation site and make sure it does not block the installation area or patio.
    • Ensure our team has clear and unobstructed access to the installation site.
    • Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to installation day. Please note that Elite Tech Installs does not offer this service.
  • During Installation: Please be aware that the installation process may involve some noise, dust, and temporary limited access to certain parts of your yard. We will do our best to minimize disruption.
  • Waste disposal services are available for an additional fee and must be purchased in advance.
  • Payment: Upon completion of your pergola installation, you will receive an invoice detailing the remaining balance. Payment is due before technicians leave the site.
